Our Story

A Swiss house,
reimagined since 1991

For over three decades, Mintbridge has held to one belief: that the discretion and care of Swiss private banking should not be reserved for the few. We built the bridge between that heritage and the way you bank today.

Our Mission

We exist to make Swiss
banking feel personal again

Mintbridge was founded in Zürich on a single conviction: that everyone building something deserves a banker who knows their name and a bank that guards their confidence. We have spent 34 years earning that trust — one relationship at a time.

"We started Mintbridge because we believed Swiss discretion should come with a human face. Today, clients across 92 nationalities agree."

What We Stand For

Our values are not aspirational — they are operational

Discretion above all

Confidentiality is the tradition we were built on. Every decision is tested against one question: does this honour the trust our clients place in us? If not, we do not proceed.

Relentless clarity

Private banking has hidden behind complexity for too long. We strip away jargon, hidden spreads, and needless friction to give you a clear view of your wealth.

Open by design

We build for everyone with ambition — from a first current account to multi-generational wealth. Mintbridge should feel as though it was made for you.

Innovation without risk

We embrace technology to serve clients better, never at the expense of security, compliance, or the human judgement a machine cannot replace.

Responsible growth

We measure success not only in assets under stewardship, but in the impact we have on our clients' lives and the communities of Switzerland and beyond.

Long-term thinking

We are building for the next generation, not the next quarter. The decisions we make today are meant to serve the clients of tomorrow.
